We left Casper, WY this morning and are now in Sidney, NE. Lester is looking forward to going to Cabela's tomorrow. It is 6 pm and we just finished dinner. Had vegie burgers and sweet potato fries, YUM!! Lester also had a turkey burger but I am trying to watch my figure. HA HA!! Lester talked about barbecuing outside but the wind is really blowing strong. I had forgotten about all the wind in the Midwest. Just about the time I started dinner it started raining and is still coming down. Glad we didn't decide to cook outside!! Hope you all are enjoying my blog so far. We are heading to KS on Tuesday.
Dear Marilyn, Michele gave me your blog address. I am so happy for you and Lester! You got to see Leonard. And Leonard was able to see His Gramma.Mike and I traveled in the late 80's and I am glad we were able to do it. With his ankles fused and my ankel; we would of never been able to hike and walk all over the place. We went to the cliff dwellings , Grand Canyon both sides. Colorado. If you haven't had the chance go to Colorado on of these times and visit Focus on the Family ministry. It is so worth it. I would like to go to Florida and see the TBN studies. Have fun. One time if your take another trip let us know , we might be able to arrange to meet you somewhere and spend a day with both of you! Wind Palm Springs has wind! Blessings Mike and Linda
