May 18, 2012 - WE ARE BACK ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!!

Well after spending two nights in Billings MT with our motor home in the shop we finally got back on the road again this morning around 10:30 am.  Had to have the carburetor rebuilt.  WOW, can't believe the difference.  So glad it didn't leave us sitting on the side of the road!!  Headed to Casper WY and only had to stop for gas one time.  Was 281 miles from Billings to Casper.  We went 209 miles before we had to fill up with gas after leaving Billings.  Could not do that before.  The drive was pretty as you can see by the pictures.  However, there are very few rest stops along the way.  It has been cloudy all day today and when we arrived at our campsite in Casper around 4 pm it was raining and raining really hard while we were setting up camp.  They had thunderstorms and it has been a long time since I have heard thunder.

Last night outside our hotel as we were walking back from dinner we saw a mother duck with her baby ducklings. They were so cute.  We will be here until Sunday morning.  May do some site seeing tomorrow.  Will post pictures tomorrow of our adventures.  Hope everyone is doing well.  We love you all and miss you.
